Three crews. One family. Same name on the truck since 1965 — and we still answer the phone.
Gunite and vinyl-liner builds, custom-designed in your yard. We hand you a real Gantt at meeting two, pull every township permit, and don't leave the property until the final inspection is signed.

Resurfacing, retiling, equipment swaps, salt conversion, automation. Structural inspection first — sometimes the right answer is renovation, sometimes it's a graceful replacement. We tell you straight.
Schedule a walk-through →
Once a week, May through October. Chemistry test + balance, manual vacuum, brushing, equipment check. Chemicals included. Written visit report after every stop.
Get on the route →
Scheduled by the week, not by 'we'll get to it.' Spring opening: cover off, chemistry start-up, equipment check, written audit. Fall closing: drain to skimmer, blow out lines, antifreeze, cover on.
Book the slot →
Most service calls within 5 business days; emergency leaks and heater-down in a heat wave we expedite. Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Raypak stocked. We tell you the math on repair vs replace.
Book service →
HOA, hotels, country clubs, gyms. CPO-certified, $2M liability, daily NY DOH chemistry logs. 2-3 visits per week through season. Off-season equipment audits keep next year's surprises off your budget.
Request commercial quote →From contract signing to swim day, expect 8 to 14 weeks for gunite construction in a typical Long Island season. Vinyl liner pools run 4 to 6 weeks. Weather, township permits, and rock-removal in excavation are the three biggest swing factors. We give you a real Gantt at the second meeting — not a marketing 'about 6 weeks' answer.
Yes. We pull all township, county, and electrical permits before we break ground. Final inspection sign-off is on us. You should never have to call the town about your own pool — that's our job, included in every build contract.
Gunite (concrete) is our primary build. We've installed thousands across Long Island over 60 years. Vinyl liner builds we still do for tight budgets or quick timelines. Fiberglass we'll consult on but typically refer out — we'd rather you get the right product than the one that's easiest for us.
Yes. About 40% of our weekly service customers had their pools built by someone else. We don't punish you for that. Equipment service, openings, closings, repairs, and renovations all welcome regardless of who installed it.
Chemistry test + balance, skimming, vacuuming, brushing, basket emptying, equipment check, and a written report after every visit. We bring our own chemicals — included. Most weekly customers see us once a week from open through close. If you're commercial (HOA, hotel), we scale up to 2-3 visits per week.
Gunite new-build with patio, equipment, and finish on Long Island runs $85K to $180K depending on size, depth, finish material, and site complexity. We hate vague pricing — at the consult we walk the property, measure, and give you a real number within 48 hours. No 'starting at' games.
